Talent ID

NYSI is a key driver in the national sports talent identification system, with the goal of providing opportunities for rising sports stars to be distinguished. Working closely with partners, a flexible system is in place to track and support emerging athletes from youth to the senior levels through multiple developmental pathways. By adopting a non-prescriptive scaffold for sporting talent, our TI approach is able to cater to the intricate trajectories towards sporting excellence that can be applied to multiple contexts and sports.
