About this workshop | In this workshop, you will learn that setting boundaries is a form of self-care and self-protection. You will learn how to create a clear guideline/rules/limits of how you would like to be treated to let others know what is/isn't acceptable. Creating and maintaining boundaries will honour our needs and wans so that we feel respected and safe. |

Themes we will investigate | 1. You will learn about your Circle of Support. 2. You will learn about the various types of boundaries. 3. You will learn about your current boundaries and if they need to be revisited and relooked for a healthier and protected you. |
