Strength and Conditioning (S&C) plays an integral role in enhancing sports performance. Well-conditioned athletes can reduce injury risk and maximise performance ability. S&C encompasses an all-round physical preparedness of athletes through strength, fitness, plyometrics, speed, agility, flexibility, proprioception and core stability training.
